Coconut-Mint Hot Chocolate
A delicious hot chocolate recipe done the traditional way with coconut milk and mint leaves.
Servings: 2 cups
- 100 g dark chocolate 70 to 90%
- 13 oz coconut milk
- 8 mint leaves.
In a pan, at low heat put chocolate pieces in milk with mint and turn frequently until they melt.
When the chocolate completely melts, serve!
