A spicy shrimp and crab sauteed. This dish is definitely for my seafood lovers. I omitted to remove the shrimp shell and this choice turned out to be judicious or “juicy” I would say. What happened during the cooking is that the flavorful sauce got in between the meat and the shell and marinated the meat slowly while cooking. While devastating (hahaha) the dish, we were chewing on the shell to get all the juice out of it.

  • 1 lbs crab
  • 4 crabs cut in half
  • 1 pepper or more
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 onions cut
  • 2 tomatoes pureed
  • 1 bell pepper cut
  • 3 parsley sprig
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


  • Rinse crabs and shrimps.
  • Cook in oil for 3 minutes.
  • Add salt, black pepper and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add bell pepper, pepper, parsley, onion and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add pureed tomato and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy

Tip: I did not add water because the water in the seafood came out and was enough to eat it with rice or attieke. If you prefer more sauce, add between 100 and 3 to 6 oz of water
