You probably going to wonder how I came up with this recipe so I might as well start with it. On rainy days, I like to have tea or hot chocolate. Let me rectify that real quick. Whenever, it is raining and I get soaked, I like to warm up with some tea or hot chocolate (hahaha better). That day I came up with the recipe I wanted a traditional hot chocolate with coconut milk and a minty flavor. I obviously went online trying to look for the recipe but could not get one. There is a lot for hot chocolate with coconut milk and hot chocolate with mint. The closest I found was coconut milk and peppermint (the candy) but that was not what I was looking for. Therefore, what does Sinaba do in those cases? Well, I come up with the right dosage. This traditional way of making hot chocolate is creamy. The coconut milk associated with the mint is delicious.
Coconut-Mint Hot Chocolate

- When the chocolate completely melts, serve!
